Top Transaction Award
The Top Transaction Award recognizes one of the most impactful and well-executed transactions of the year, celebrating a deal that demonstrated creativity, precision, collaboration and exceptional execution across Cresa’s platform.
This year’s Top Transaction Award recognized a complex corporate real estate transaction led by Tom Birnbach and Sam Heiber. Their leadership helped bring together a best-in-class team, guiding the assignment with vision, expertise and a strong focus on every detail.
The team also included Jason Wery, who led the Project Management strategy and helped elevate the execution from the earliest stages of the assignment. George Mack and Brant Bryan contributed additional strategic expertise through their capital markets work, strengthening the outcome and helping set a high standard for what is possible when Cresa teams work together across disciplines.
