Megan is a Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing a variety of projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing critical project databases. Prior to joining Cresa, she worked at a civil engineering firm within its development services department.
Megan’s background centers on development services across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and multi-family projects. She has extensive experience navigating the full entitlement process; permitting; consultant and contractor coordination; scheduling; project application management; and supporting diverse scopes of work. She has worked with numerous municipalities, ensuring projects move efficiently from initial concept through successful execution.
