John Hightower is Principal and lead of Cresa Atlanta’s Project Management division, helping clients plan, build, and deliver real estate solutions aligned with their goals. With 22+ years of experience, he has managed projects up to $230M across healthcare, office, retail, industrial, dining, and historic sectors nationwide. His background on both the contractor and owner sides blends technical expertise with tenant advocacy to ensure every project meets the highest standards. Before joining Cresa, he held leadership roles at Structor Group, HITT, Choate, and PNC Bank.
