Jason Fray is a 25+ year veteran in the commercial real estate industry. He specializes in local and multi-market office and industrial occupiers across a range of industries, including financial services, legal, and manufacturing. Jason's expertise in corporate advisory and tenant representation services for entities that lease or own real estate have enabled him to complete some of the largest Headquarter deals in the State.
As part of Jason's three decades of experience, he has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies along with hundreds of mid-sized companies in the facilitation of their occupancy needs.
Jason, as an Executive Managing Principal, is part of a group that oversees the day-to-day operations to develop and grow the New Jersey office.
