Michael is a Senior Vice President at Cresa with more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate. He primarily focuses on portfolio clients and currently oversees more than 1,000 leased locations across North America for multiple companies. His expertise includes account management, portfolio strategy, analysis creation and modeling, transaction management, site selection, proposal, and lease negotiations, M&A due diligence, and build-to-suit transactions. Michael brings deep experience across the IOS, office, and industrial sectors— including distribution centers—and is highly skilled in leveraging technology, particularly Cresa’s proprietary business intelligence tools, to deliver data-driven solutions. His collaborative, team-oriented approach and strong work ethic reflect Cresa’s commitment to providing best-in-class service and strategic outcomes for portfolio clients.
