Harlan Hollander has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 20 years. He specializes in advising corporations, organizations, and professional firms on all real estate decisions. Harlan is highly skilled at his profession and takes great pride in delivering first-class service to all of his clients. Harlan’s expertise in corporate advisory and tenant representation services for entities that lease or own real estate have enabled him to complete some of the largest Headquarter deals in the State.
Prior to entering his career in corporate real estate, Harlan practiced law at a Manhattan based law firm, specializing in litigation. His background as an attorney allows him to deliver a unique perspective as it relates to overall strategy and negotiations.
Harlan, as an Executive Managing Principal, is part of a group that oversees the day-to-day operations to develop and grow the New Jersey office.
