Frank Malawski joined Cresa in 2026 as a Senior Project Manager, bringing over 16 years of experience in the AEC industry, including eight years focused on land development. He provides the level of detail required for all stakeholders, including preconstruction scheduling, budgets, utilities, easements, and identifying potential off-site work required to meet local requirements.
Previously, Frank held roles focused on managing national, multi-site retail projects across the continental United States, navigating various unique jurisdictional challenges such as shared kitchens, dispensaries, ground-based solar, and traditional buildouts for restaurant, daycare, industrial, retail, and tenant improvement projects.
