He spent years of his career as a superintendent and specialized in building grocery stores, restaurants, and retail locations, including ground up and remodels. With years of field operations experience, and project management, he has a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards for his clients. Jake’s ability to build partnerships with clients while using his practical knowledge of construction to bridge the communication gap between design professionals and contractors makes him a unique VP.
