As a Principal in Toronto’s office, Adam has been with Cresa since 2016, specializing in the development and execution of real estate strategies for organizations across the GTA. He works closely with senior leadership to develop a thorough understanding of each client’s unique needs before identifying tailored opportunities to maximize leverage in lease renegotiations, purchase acquisitions, or lease relocations.
