  • In addition to Progressive Lighting’s 200,000 SF distribution center, the company was operating out of two 40,000 SF warehouses to handle overflow storage.
  • Progressive needed to consolidate operations under one roof and sublease the two 40,000 SF facilities.

Results

  • Cresa found a sublease a couple hundred yards away from Progressive Lighting. The space was 80,000 SF with minimal office space and was equipped with an existing racking system that Progressive could utilize. This space gave Progressive the ability to be closer to their main distribution hub and consolidate the overflow storage under one roof.
  • Cresa assisted Progressive in securing the sublease 8 months before they occupied and started to pay rent.
  • Cresa then subleased their additional spaces which led to a savings of over $600,000.
