Michael Bennett, Vice President in Cresa’s Atlanta office, focuses on occupier representation for industrial tenants and owners throughout the United States. His specialties include owner occupied acquisitions/dispositions, lease acquisitions, build-to-suits, sale leasebacks, and consolidations for corporate clients. Michael has a collaborative, team-based approach when working with clients to define business requirements, analyze market opportunities, develop real estate strategies, and execute solutions. Michael joined Cresa after spending two seasons playing for the Cincinnati Bengals. He was also a four-year starter for the University of Georgia.
