Bio
Michael Bennett is a Principal in Cresa's Atlanta office, specializing in industrial tenants and owners across the United States. With a strong focus on owner-occupied acquisitions/dispositions, lease acquisitions, build-to-suits, sale leasebacks, and consolidations for corporate clients, Michael brings extensive expertise to his role.
Through analytics software, Michael uses labor, transportation, customer demographics, and incentives information to compliment his real estate approach. Prior to joining Cresa, Michael enjoyed a successful career playing two seasons for the Cincinnati Bengals in the NFL. Additionally, he was a four-year starter for the University of Georgia.
