Cresa's Denver Office Promotes Three Including Scott Churchley to Principal

Denver— Cresa, the world’s only global commercial real estate firm that exclusively represents occupiers of space, is pleased to announce three promotions including, Scott Churchley to principal, Rachel Trice to Senior Vice President of Finance and Matt Burton to Vice President.

Scott Chuchley

Scott has more than 16 years of experience with a specialized practice in advising corporate clients on real estate issues that have a significant financial or operational impact. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and real estate at Colorado State University. Some of Scott’s clients include L-3 Technologies, BAE Systems, Oracle, Cypress Semiconductor, EMC, VMware and Westerra Credit Union among others. 

Rachel Trice

 

Rachel Trice has been promoted to Senior Vice President. As a corporate finance advisor, she analyzes the financial impact of real estate assets to a company’s bottom line emphasizing planning based on business strategy, flexibility, cost savings and value. Rachel received her M.B.A. in finance from the University of Chicago and holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Colorado College. Rachel is a Board Member at the Academy of Advanced Learning. She is also a member of the National Black M.B.A. Association and the Denver Business Series.

Matt Burton

 

Matt Burton has been promoted to Vice President. He is focused on helping industrial clients reduce overhead costs when addressing their real estate needs by taking a holistic approach to their operation and providing solutions that align with business objectives. Matt also helps manage four national accounts out of the Denver office alongside Mike Statter. He coordinates everything from putting together the right team, to negotiating business terms and conditions with landlords depending on the requirement details and location within the country. Some of Matt’s clients include Voss Lighting, KM Sales, Commencal, Piedmont Plastics and United Access among others. Matt obtained his bachelor's degree in business administration from Missouri Valley College and his Colorado Real Estate License at Kaplan University.
