With a background in consulting and banking, Rachel brings analytical thinking, structured problem solving and corporate finance experience to Cresa.  As a corporate finance advisor for the company, she analyzes the financial impact of real estate assets to a company’s bottom line emphasizing planning based on business strategy, flexibility, cost savings and value.

Rachel has worked on large and complex deals which include:

  • A real estate consolidation strategy post-merger for Westerra Credit Union
  • The restructure of a manufacturing and distribution facility to better accommodate management growth forecasts for Trimble Navigation
  • The analysis of financing options to support business development including a sale-leaseback transaction for Vicorp
  • A real estate portfolio realignment to accommodate the wind down of United Space Alliance’s contracts associated with the then ending Space Shuttle program
  • Analysis of cost reducing strategies to support optimized business operations for Philadelphia Gas Works, the largest municipally owned gas utility in the county

Prior to Cresa Denver, Rachel worked as a merger and acquisitions analyst at a regional commercial bank, National City Corporation, and was also a senior consultant with Accenture participating in financial system implementations and business process improvement.

Rachel received her M.B.A. in finance from the University of Chicago and holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Colorado College. 

Rachel is a Board Member at the Academy of Advanced Learning. She is also a member of the National Black M.B.A. Association and the Denver Business Series.
