Scott has over sixteen years’ experience in commercial real estate and is a senior member of Cresa's Denver office, with a specialized practice in advising corporate clients on real estate issues that have significant financial or operational impact. Scott’s expertise lies in the area of Occupier Advocacy, Corporate Dispositions, Multi-Market Transactions, Lease Restructurings and Planning & Decision Support.
