• Washington, DC, 2023. Acumen sought to expand its existing office space from 35,000 SF to 41,000 SF. Cresa played a pivotal role in restructuring Acumen’s lease, securing significant savings through rent reduction negotiations and leveraging incentives from the District of Columbia’s Vitality Fund initiative. This resulted in Acumen effectively gaining an additional 5,500 SF at no extra cost throughout the remaining term.
