Client Objectives

Centre Technologies needed an unbiased real estate consultant as they were growing rapidly and wanted a trusted advisor to help oversee their portfolio.
The client was very cognizant of costs as they wanted to put their money back into the business and avoid sinking it into real estate.
Centre Technologies was looking for options that provided flexibility for growth in lower cost buildings but would focus on people and culture.

Results

Cresa took control of every aspect of the client’s real estate portfolio, consulting on workplace strategy to help augment their company culture by eliminating private offices in favor of a fully open and collaborative, flat organization.
In addition, Cresa evaluated the real estate implications of multiple M&A transactions on Centre Technologies behalf as they continued to grow.
In all, Cresa also has consulted on change management and provided project management for multiple buildouts and have successfully managed the client’s growth while mitigating risk.
