Benjamin has 13 years of experience representing occupiers in both office and industrial markets around the globe. His focus is on the provision of corporate real estate advice to Colorado-based, international and government clients. With a background in corporate finance, Benjamin’s expertise includes transactions in capital markets, advisory on lease acquisitions & renewals, market reports as well as due diligence assistance. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian.

Benjamin was formerly the head of corporate real estate and capital markets for Brolliet SA, one of Geneva, Switzerland’s premier real estate companies, where he represented occupiers on the sale of assets for $480 Million and the lease of 1,750,000 square feet of office (70%), high-end retail (15%) and industrial sites (15%).
Prior to that, Benjamin was a Manager for Ernst & Young. In this position he led audit teams in the revision of financial statements and processes. He also managed financial due diligence engagements in domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition deals.
