This transaction represents strategic vision, thoughtful design, and seamless execution. Congratulations to Tim Myllykangas, who led a team including Mark Coelho, Vicki Keenan, and Allison Hoffman. As the client neared the end of their lease, the Cresa team helped them explore all options and ultimately transform their longtime home into a space fit for the future. The result: a major expansion with with some impressive upgrades, from a new roof deck and expanded parking to vibrant, wellness-focused interiors. This was more than a renewal—it was a reinvestment in people, place, and purpose.

The 2024 Top Industrial Transaction Award goes to Jim Hazard and team for his professional excellence. This goes to a team that truly defines resilience and creativity. Jim Hazard and Barrett Bufkin worked with a long-time client through a major ownership change—fighting to stay on the project. The deal took two years, died at least three times, and once completely unraveled at lease stage with a different building—but they kept reviving it with persistence and out-of-the-box thinking. It involved outside storage, direct rail service, and a whole lot of grit. And with David Stack leading Project Management, this was a perfect example of integrated service lines delivering real value—congrats to the team!
