Competitively bid on all project vendors. This includes architects, construction managers, furniture vendors, audio visual, cabling, sound masking, security and relocation management. Customize each bid list based on the project size, scope and location to ensure building the most qualified team.
Develop and manage all project budgeting, contracts and invoices. Monitor and control all spending for your project, proactively advising you on methods that can help create savings.
Oversee the entire project schedule, informing you of key dates that involve the design, construction and vendor processes.
Oversee the design professionals and process to assure that the team works toward common goals to value engineer your project from the start.
Oversee the design and procurement of all furniture purchased for the project. Determine if any existing furniture can be repurposed. Manage furniture vendors to confirm orders are placed according to the project schedule, deliveries are scheduled and installation is implemented according to plan.
Manage all vendor contracts and schedules to confirm all trades are coordinated properly for a seamless delivery. Oversee the construction team to ensure construction documents are adhered to.
