As a member of the urban advisory team, Rick focuses his efforts in the Financial District, Back Bay, Seaport and North Station markets. Rick is a skilled negotiator who’s able to leverage his experience and industry relationships for the benefit of his clients—which range from nonprofits to architecture firms to venture capital firms.
From the start, Rick helped us think through the space and mapped out what the process would look like so there were no surprises. We came in on time and under budget, and that's really because of the Cresa team. Their knowledge and reputation made the process easy and enjoyable.Steve Ridini | President and CEO
