As an advocate for occupiers, Williams employs a strategic centric approach to creating value on behalf of his clients which has led to numerous national and international strategic and transaction based assignments. He has extensive portfolio management expertise having managed portfolios with up to, and in excess of, 2.8 million square feet of real estate assets and in excess of $50 million annual spends. Individual transactions have been completed for up to 225,000 SF build-to-suits/leases, up to 112 acre land purchases, and up to 500,000 SF building sales.
