Barrett Bufkin provides site selection, labor analytics and occupier representation for industrial tenants and owners globally, with expertise in cold storage facilities, manufacturing plants, and warehouse distribution centers. He develops and implements creative real estate strategies that align his clients’ needs with long-term business objectives. Focused on a total-cost savings approach, Barrett evaluates labor costs, incentives, taxes, inbound/outbound transportation, ship zones, and customer distribution networks to ensure maximum productivity and lowest operational cost. His specialties include acquisitions, dispositions, sale leasebacks, build-to-suits, retrofits and conversions, valuations, and strategic portfolio consulting.

Barrett holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from The University of Oklahoma. He also studied City Planning and Architecture at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in Spain.
Barrett is a member of the North Texas Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and has been recognized as a D CEO Power Broker. He supports numerous charitable organizations, including Genesis Women’s Shelter, The Warren Center and is a mentor for the Innovation Design Entrepreneurship Academy.
