Samantha is an Advisor in Cresa’s New York City office, specializing in office and retail. For startups and power-houses alike, Samantha focuses on spatial needs, cost efficiencies, and negotiating the best possible terms. A strong focus on market research and analytics educates and empowers her clients.

Samantha joins Cresa from Vicus Partners, a boutique real estate firm specializing in New York City office leasing. Before that, she facilitated commercial design projects for RBW and Vitra. Licensed since 2011, she cut her teeth selling luxury homes at the Corcoran Group.
