Andrew is an experienced global CRE executive, and has managed various CRE functions, including portfolio strategy, transactions, workplace, facilities management, design, and construction for Fortune 500 firms. His exceptional track record of achieving business objectives, by designing CRE organizations, client relationship enhancements, portfolio strategies, transactions, labor migration initiatives, and tax/state incentives, has produced over $200M in portfolio cost savings and optimization.
