As Vice President, Project Management, Paul is responsible for the end-to-end success of commercial construction projects. He works closely with clients to identify the objectives and key performance indicators for each initiative and oversees both high-level strategies and day-to-day coordination to deliver successful projects.
With a focus on healthcare and life sciences clients, Paul understands the challenges facing these organizations as well as the opportunities to maximize their real estate and differentiate themselves among competitors. In his nearly two decades of experience working in commercial real estate, Paul has developed exceptional collaboration and communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
