A key member of the leadership team, Jennifer works closely with Managing Principals and team leads to define and implement Cresa Boston’s business strategy and vision. She leads the Marketing department, consulting on strategic and cross-disciplinary initiatives while ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice. Additionally, Jennifer directs the HR and Operations teams with a focus on supporting and expanding the business while providing an exceptional employee experience. A natural problem solver and critical thinker, Jennifer collaborates across teams to drive operational excellence and continued success.
Jennifer received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University in 2007.
Jennifer has been a member of the Cresa’s Emerging Leadership Council (ELC) for three years and currently serves as a co-chair.
