As Associate Project Manager at Cresa, Claudia is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, construction, and closeout of projects in alignment with procurement, schedule, and budget goals. She synthesizes information from the project team, client, and vendors to develop custom solutions for each project. Previously, Claudia worked on the construction management team for mission critical data and education projects, supporting the design, construction, and closeout phases.
