Brian leads the market research strategy and execution at Cresa Boston. In partnership with market and department leadership, he tracks and analyzes the local and national commercial real estate landscape through various lenses to provide clients and prospects with the insights they need to make informed real estate decisions. With a background in Urban Informatics, Brian works to identify notable trends and patterns around our clients’ industries, markets, and known economic drivers.
Brian received a Master of Science in Urban Informatics degree from Northeastern University in 2018. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics from The Ohio State University.
Brian holds an active real estate salesperson license. Brian was published for his research efforts related to urban heat islands in the American Journal of Public Health in July of 2020.
Brian enjoys spending time outdoors at the beach or golf course and traveling around New England with family, friends, and his dog, Larry.
