Her expertise includes industrial, flex warehouse, office and retail space. She also has extensive experience in 1031 exchanges and securitized real estate investments. Nance enjoys working with a variety of corporate officers, non-profit executives, professionals and franchisees. Nance is also a certified 3rd level Sommelier and enjoys training people in the fine art of wine tasting for business development and pleasure.
