With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Nance excels in finding optimal locations for business owners and executives. Her expertise includes industrial, flex warehouse, office and retail space. She also has extensive experience in 1031 exchanges and securitized real estate investments. Nance enjoys working with a variety of corporate officers, non-profit executives, professionals and franchisees. Nance is also a certified 3rd level Sommelier and enjoys training people in the fine art of wine tasting for business development and pleasure.
