OneBlood is a not-for-profit healthcare organization that has been serving the community for more than 65 years. Their life saving mission of collecting, processing and distributing blood to those in need has a direct and immediate impact on our community's health & welfare. To fulfill that mission, OneBlood employs 1,000 professionals in 21 counties serving more than 70 hospitals & medical facilities throughout the state.OneBlood retained Cresa Orlando to oversee the analysis & review of approx. 40 locations across Florida. These locations varied from owned land to supplemental space with the majority being direct lease space.
