Culture is so hard to define, never mind capture, but it was important for Lendified to find space that would support this most precious ingredient. Ross seemed to pick up on our culture almost immediately and made sure we toured the right space from the very beginning, within the financial parameters determined at the outset. As a rapidly growing enterprise, with multiple locations, Ross made sure our time, either on the phone, email or in person was spent in a very effective way, and we accomplished the goals we had set out in a very expeditious manner. For any high-level decision maker with limited time, this is a feature that makes Ross a standout and is something that is the result of his many years in the business and his obvious breadth and depth of experience.
