Rory Etherington
Vice President, Project Management
Rory has over 17 years of experience and has been responsible for managing projects in multiple sectors such as interior commercial office, industrial, multi-site, headquarters and new build projects. Rory understands that a successful project is one that is team-oriented: working alongside his clients, real estate advisors, architects, designers, and vendors.
Rory received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Frostburg State University with a major in Business Management and has achieved a Certificate of Achievement from the Construction Estimating Institute and an OSHA 30 certification.
Prior to Cresa, Rory was a project manager with a general contractor where he managed the superintendent and engineer assigned for each project, oversaw projects from preconstruction to completion, performed warranty walkthroughs with end users and performed monthly safety evaluations of projects to ensure OSHA regulations are followed. He began his career as a project estimator for a general contractor in London, performing preconstruction efforts, subcontractor procurement, project cost management, and financial close-out of projects.
