2022 Cresa Awards: Beyond the Transaction
As a service-based business, our people are our greatest asset. The people on our team have a collective mission to provide the greatest amount of value to occupiers. One of the ways we accomplish this is through our culture of collaboration. Our annual awards honor the team members forging the way, not only in terms of production but by going beyond the transaction, working together to provide the best solutions for our clients and company. The team members listed below are not only good at what they do, but they are building the type of culture and team we all aspire to be a part of.

Congratulations to the Brampton, Ontario Sale / Leaseback project and account team for one of our Fortune 500 clients, led by Brad Metzger, Managing Principal in Chicago, and Craig Zodikoff, Managing Principal in San Francisco.
Their team includes Chicago members Liz Roberts, Director of Account Management, Brittney Lane, Account Manager, Sara Galicia, Lease Admin Account Manager and Eugene Ballantine, Manager, Finance & Research. They collaborated on this project with Brant Bryan, Managing Principal of Capital Strategies and Mike Duncan, Principal of Capital Strategies, as well as Cresa Toronto’s Managing Principal Sean Hoehn and Senior Advisor Jeff Sharpe.
Service Award
The service award goes to an individual who has gone above and beyond the call of duty over a long-tenured career, someone who consistently acts in service to others. This year’s winner started in brokerage with Cresa over 20 years ago. After working out of Orange County she was pulled into a national business development role to secure corporate accounts. Finally, she has evolved into a Principal of the Phoenix office. She has represented Cresa at IAMC and CoreNet for years and her client relationships consistently develop into friendships. Typically, the winner of this award has just completed a huge initiative for the company and this year’s winner is no exception. She has spent countless hours launching the Business Development Series and progressing it over time to be one of the best live training series at Cresa and a staple for business developers within the company.
Congratulations to Ashley Snyder.
William Goade First Citizen Award
The William Goade First Citizen Award is a once-in-a-lifetime achievement award, given to individuals each year who have gone above and beyond the call of duty for Cresa over a long career with our organization. This is the highest honor we bestow at Cresa.
Named after our founder and former Chairman and CEO, this award celebrates someone who:
- Has the vision and focus to be an exceptional leader
- Has the unwavering respect of their peers
- Has a true sense of ownership in Cresa’s success and honors and upholds our values and our entrepreneurial culture every single day
However, just like last year, when it came to narrowing the winner down to one person, it proved an impossible task. There were two who stood out for their ability to think past the local office to the full organization. Not only have they both run their office to high profitability the past 25 years, but they’ve both served on the Board of Directors for many years.
Congratulations to Tom Tindall and Jim Byrd, Managing Principals of Atlanta.
