  • NDT was located in a secondary submarket with no visibility, poor access and no adjacent amenities.
  • The client wanted to relocate into a single tenant building that they could brand, establishing a headquarters at a more prestigious address to better reflect their standing in the marketplace.
  • They also sought better freeway access and proximity to amenities to address employee recruiting and retention.

Results
