Tom Sullivan Joins Cresa as Principal
Thomas P. Sullivan has joined Cresa as a principal of the New York City office. Sullivan has specialized in both tenant and landlord representation for over 30 years. Included among the many clients with whom he has worked are Becca Cosmetics, American Exchange Time, New York Country Dental Society, Paris Accessories, Netcom Information Technologies, and Final Frame LLC. Prior to joining Cresa, Sullivan was the Executive Managing Director at Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors and, before that, was the Vice President/Director of Leasing at the Empire State Building for Helmsley Spear Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in economics from the City University of New York.
