As a Client Coordinator and Advisor for the San Diego office, Alex’s focus is to support the business development and client facing initiatives. From site selection to lease negotiations, Alex supports the transaction process through the execution of tactical deliverables. These customized collaterals include, and are not limited to: site surveys, market reports and analytics, lease abstracts, financial analyses, lease tracking and negotiations review. She also works to organize and facilitate requests related to marketing and prospecting efforts within the office while executing quality client deliverables.
