With 20 years of experience, Beth has managed a wide range of projects to include tenant improvements, occupied remodels and build-to-suit projects. Her ability to work with key stakeholders and develop complex, detailed project plans while achieving on time, under budget results has proven exemplary to her clients. Since joining Cresa, Beth has focused on office, corporate headquarters, hospitality and health care. Projects have varied in complexity and size, ranging up to 1.25 million SF.
