We’re proud to announce that Cresa has been ranked #8 on Lipsey’s 2020 Top 25 Commercial Real Estate Brand Survey, moving up five places from our #13 rank in 2019. The survey, which recognizes commercial real estate’s most recognizable brands, is based on a company’s innovation, responsiveness, quality of service and level of advisors’ proficiency. Cresa was first recognized in 2005 and has gone on to appear on the list each subsequent year.
Part of our rise in the rankings can be attributed to the brand refresh and new website that were launched in 2018.
