The Ottawa office of Cresa tracks real estate trends in Canada’s National Capital Region, Eastern Ontario and the Outaouais area of Quebec.  Within the City of Ottawa proper we break down the market into the sub-markets of Downtown, Fringe Core, Ottawa West, Ottawa East, Kanata, Nepean and Gloucester.  As the the Capital of Canada, the Federal Government is the largest user of space in Ottawa with the balance consisting of a mix of high tech and professional service companies.
