Client Objectives
The initial project entailed the construction and fit-out of a approximately 70,000 SF new office building. The building was part of a multi-million-dollar redevelopment project occurring at the Vanity Fair Outlet Center in Wyomissing, PA, which transformed the 34-acre site into a mixed-use office and retail campus.
Results
This provided administrative functions much needed expanded and refreshed space The project was designed as Core/Shell and Tenant improvements and included building renovations, a new main entrance, refurbished and new toilet room facilities, and minor site modifications. All existing interior improvements – including offices, conferences rooms, partitions, flooring and ceiling finishes – were demolished as necessary to accommodate future tenant fit out requirements.
The core and shell improvements and the tenant interior improvements were constructed simultaneously.
