Client Objectives
The G.H. Bass Comprehensive Recovery Center (G.H. Bass) is in a traditionally underserved community in Camden, New Jersey. G.H. Bass sought to better serve in-need members of the community by moving the clinic to a new, two-story, 17,000 SF building. We were involved in the preconstruction phase of the project, then assisted the team with construction procurement and construction administration.
Results
The team, along with the County of Camden and their representatives, worked through many difficult site and utility issues by way of proactive communication and collaboration. Cresa’s understanding of the fine details allowed, including our understanding of the intricacies of the City of Camden, for an expedited resolution to these obstacles. With the dedicated, efficient, and communicative team we engaged, we were able to facilitate a timely completion, which allowed the community to receive these much-needed services that the area previously lacked.
