Bio
With over two decades of experience, Tom is a trusted advisor to executive leadership across the aerospace, defense and space sectors - including satellite and mission-critical technologies - as well as the broader government contracting community, financial services institutions, technology companies, nonprofit and trade associations, law firms, and Fortune 500 corporations. He partners with organizations to align real estate strategy with mission execution, operational priorities, and long-term business objectives, including operations within highly regulated and security-sensitive environments. Tom began his career at Grubb & Ellis and earned multi-year Top Achiever recognition at The Staubach Company (now JLL) before joining Cresa in 2016.
