Marshall specializes in multi-state site selection, transaction management, and portfolio strategy for global clients. He supports clients through every stage of the real estate process, including securing a new location, executing build-to-suit projects, negotiating lease renewals, subleasing existing space, purchasing buildings or land, and managing the disposition of owned assets.
