For Main Line Health’s Paoli Hospital project, we were entrusted with all in-house construction from preliminary budgeting to the awarding of project team members (architects, engineers, etc.), to bidding and awarding projects to general contractors.
Results
We also oversaw construction, as an owner’s advocate, where Main Line Health held the contracts, and coordinated with various architectural/engineering firms and general contractors during the construction process. The project involved the construction of the hospital’s nurses station, hyperbarics chamber, cancer center, and breast health center.
A critical part of our role included the oversight of ICRA measures by the contractors, coordination with medical staff, patient safety and comfort.
