Katherine brings a diverse background in both residential and commercial real estate to her role as an Advisor with Cresa Ottawa. Prior to joining the team, she worked on the leasing and subleasing of office, retail, industrial, and flex spaces, managing the full process from marketing and tenant outreach to negotiations and closing. Her ability to quickly match spaces with the right occupiers and structure effective sublease arrangements has been a consistent strength, giving clients confidence that their properties will be positioned for success. By combining this experience with a client first approach, Katherine ensures that every transaction is seamless and aligned with the occupier’s goals.
