Matt advises corporate and institutional clients in Greater Boston, advocating for tenants across a diverse array of industries. He has completed transactions valued in excess of $500 million. Matt assists clients in space acquisitions, dispositions, lease buyouts, build-to-suit projects and has experience securing project financing from public sources.

Matt graduated in 2002 from the College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and has completed coursework in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment at MIT.
Matt is an active member of the Boston Commercial Broker Association (CBA), the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB), the Pioneer Institute for Public Policy Research and the Catholic Schools Foundation. In 2012, he was awarded the CBA Creative Office Deal of the Year.
