Lani is part of the Headquarters team supporting Tod Lickerman, CEO. Lani is responsible for ensuring Headquarter operations run smoothly. She is also helping Cresa Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) get up and running with robust programming. Lani’s background in partnering with the C-Suite and diversity, equity and inclusion strategy bring a unique pairing to move the needle forward in ensuring the ERGs are supporting Cresa’s talent strategy and a culture of inclusion.
