Layers of Challenges = Multiple Phases

With a challenging schedule, two locations encompassing 12 floors with different floor plans and a budget with no contingency, the Cresa team broke the project into pieces and implemented a phased renovation to stagger the construction and relocation. 

 

By pre-purchasing materials, the construction schedule was maintained and the project was completed in under a year. The budget was held through Cresa's constant review and monitoring including critical evaluation of change orders and the employment of value engineering practices. We created a clear and concise plan to coordinate the relocation with management, staff and the project team provides a smooth transition.
