Client Objectives
Einstein Hospital needed support for their relocation from Front & Olney to their new Germantown Hospital complex, a building which had been primarily vacant since its’ purchase in 1997.
Results
The project consisted of a complete gut of the 4th floor, partial gut of the 5th floor, and the relocation of 258 people. The Department of Health became involved due to an adjacent nursing home facility. We were also involved in the renovation of Einstein Hospital’s Moss Rehab.
