Driving a Six‑Day Surgical Suite Transformation

The surgical suites were renovated simultaneously. The project was completed within a six-day construction/commissioning window with contractors working 12-14-hour days to ensure timely project completion to coincide with the hospital surgical staff’s vacation schedule. The remaining surgical suites remained in operation during construction. We managed the entire team on Tristate HVAC Equipment’s behalf.

 

We also met with each of the team members to gain a complete understanding of their respective activities to ensure a fully coordinated effort in order to create the critical schedule. Our team prepared a detailed schedule for all parties and made adjustments as needed to accommodate the six-day shutdown.
